Main Features of Fiber Laser:
(1) High photo-voltaic conversion rate (above 30%), which helps to save electricity and costs greatly to guarantee the highest production efficiency.
(2) When processing, the laser only consumes electricity and doesn’t need extra gas, bringing the minimum operation and maintenance costs.
(3) Adopting semiconductor modular and redundancy design, without any optical glass in resonant cavity and without start time, so it is in high stability and doesn’t need adjusting and maintaining, which saves the costs and time. In this point, the traditional laser is not comparable.
(4) The output wavelength of fiber laser is 1.06μm, which is a tenth of CO2 wavelength. The output beam is in high quality and power density, so it is easy to be absorbed by metal materials and therefore has great power to cut and weld to make the lowest processing costs.
(5) The laser is transmitted by fiber and there is no complicated reflector or other light guiding system. The optical system is very simple and stable and doesn’t need maintaining.
(6) The laser is output by fiber, which makes the mechanical system design easier and it’s very likely to be connected with robot or multidimensional work platform.
(7) With an optical shutter and by light splitting through fiber cables, the laser source can be used by several machines at the same time.
(8) The fiber laser is small and light and it’s easy to be moved.
2. Special Fiber Laser Cutting Head and Automatic Following System
Equipped with German fiber laser cutting head and untouched automatic following system, the machine can adjust the focal length automaticly to present the best cutting effect, avoiding scrapping the materials because of the change of focal length caused by lumps of the materials.
3. Machine Tool System
Adopting moving crossbeam. The crossbeam and worktable adopt integral welding structure to achieve high precision, quality and stability. Equipped with automatic change of worktable, the machine can cutting while feeding, which saves a lot of time.
Workbench:the workbench using top and intensive type,with the design of elevating high speed double work table,which can prepare for the next feeding during working,it improve the working efficiency .
Slagging system: lower bed is equipped with partition to collect ,which can gather the waste and the small component in the process of production.
Dust removal system:the workbench uses partition vacuuming design, equipped with external oil extraction, which is used for removing dust flue gas and so on in the process of production.
SIEME fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with Japanese Yaskawa motor, French Motoreducer reducer and Taiwan APEX rack. The positioning accuracy of the machine tool can be 0.02mm.
The internal structure of the laser head is completely sealed to avoid the contamination of the optical lens
The laser head is adjusted by two point alignment, and the focusing mechanism is driven by a servo motor, which can significantly improve the perforation efficiency.
The structure of protective mirror adopts drawer type, which is easy to replace
Efficient cooling:
Both the collimating lens and the focusing lens group have a cooling structure, and at the same time, the cooling airflow of the nozzle is increased to effectively protect the nozzle and ceramic body and extend the continuous working time.

The pre-piercing time of 25mm carbon steel plate is less than 3s, which greatly improves the cutting efficiency.
Professional water cooling system ,which can realize double temperature and double control,two water carrier cooling respectively two core position,the temperature of the refrigeration unit shows in the digital table . When the water temperature is higher than the specified temperature ,the refrigeration unit will make cool automatically; When the water temperature is lower than the specified temperature,the refrigeration unit will stop to make cool.
