　　 Whether using tap water or a circulating water pump, the water must be kept flowing smoothly. The cooling water takes away the heat generated by the laser tube. The higher the water temperature, the lower the light output power (15-20℃ water temperature is better); when the water is cut off, the tube end will burst due to the heat in the laser cavity and even damage the laser power supply. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is unblocked at any time. When the water pipe has a hard bend (dead bend) or falls off, and the water pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power drop or even equipment damage.

In rainy days and humid environments, the laser power supply needs a longer warm-up time, and the high voltage can be added after the moisture is exhausted to prevent the high-voltage circuit from breakdown.

　　 5. Use the "Laser High Voltage" button correctly

When the 　　"Laser High Voltage" key is dialed in, the laser power supply is on standby. When it encounters "manual light output" or computer misoperation, it will emit laser light, inadvertently hurting people and objects. Therefore, it is required that the "laser high voltage" should be turned off at any time if the work is not continuous, (laser current can be turned off), and the operator is prohibited from leaving without authorization when the machine is working to avoid accidents. It is recommended that the continuous working time be less than 5 hours, 30 minutes rest in between.

　　 6. Keep away from equipment with high power and strong vibration

　　 Sudden interference from large power can sometimes cause the machine to malfunction. Although it is rare, it should be avoided as much as possible. Therefore, large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers, and large power transmission and transformation equipment should be kept away. Strong vibration equipment is even more self-evident, such as forging presses, vibrations caused by short-distance motor vehicles, etc., the obvious shaking of the ground is very detrimental to accurate two-dimensional code engraving.
