How to adjust mirror of hybrid laser cutting machine

How to adjust mirror on metal nonmetal laser cutting machine

1.Fix a piece of acrylic in front of the third mirror.

2.Move the laser head to upper left corner

3. Press “Pulse” to get a laser dot on the acrylic

4.Observe the first dot position

5.Move the laser head to the bottom left corner

6.Press”Pulse” to get another laser dot on acrylic

7.Check the second laser dot position compared to the first laser dot

8.Adjust the screws on the first mirror mount,to move second laser dot to first laser dot position

9.Move the laser head to the upper left corner,and fix a new acrylic in front of the third mirror

10.Press”Pulse”to get a laser dot on acrylic

11.Observe the first laser dot position

12.Move the laser head to the bottom left corner

13.Press”Pulse”to get a another laser dot on acrylic

14.  Check if the 2 laser dots are in exactly the same position

If they overlap,proceed the next step.If they do not overlap,repeat step 1 to step 14 till they overlap exactly

15.Move the laser head to the bottom right corner .

16. Press”Pulse”to get the third laser dot on acrylic

17.Check the third laser dot position compared to the second laser dot

18.Adjust the screws on the second mirror mount,to move the third laser dot to the second laser dot position

19.Move the laser head to bottom left corner

20. Press”Pulse”to get a laser dot on acrylic

21.Observe the second laser dot position

22.Move the laser head to bottom right

23. Press”Pulse”to get a laser dot on acrylic

24.Check if the third laser dot and the second laser dot are in same position

If they overlap,proceed the next step.If they do not overlap,repeat step 15 to step 24 till they overlap exactly

25.After above adjustment,check if all three laser dots are in exactly the same position.If they overlap,proceed the next step.If there are not in same position,repeat the above steps.

26.Stick a tape to the laser head nozzle

27.Press”Pulse” to get a laser dot(pierce)through the tape

28.Check if the laser dot is in the center of the nozzle hole

29.Based on the current laser dot position,adjust the screws on the third mirror mount

30.Stick a new tape to the laser head nozzle

31.Press”Pulse” to get a laser dot(pierce)through the tape

32.Check if the laser dot is in the center of the nozzle hole.

If the laser dot is in nozzle hole center,mirror alignment is done.If not in center,repeat step 26 to step 32,till laser dot is exactly in the center of nozzle hole

33.Install the 2.5mm nozzle to the laser head,and move the laser head to bottom right corner.

34.Stick a tape to the laser head nozzle

35.Press”Pulse” t get a laser dot (pierce) through the tape

36.Check if the laser dot is in the center of the nozzle hole

If the laser dot is in nozzle hole center,mirror alignment is done.If not in center,repeat step 26 to step 32,till laser dot is exactly in the center of nozzle hole

37.Install the 1.5mm nozzle,after finishing adjusting with the 2.5mm nozzle

38.Move the laser head to bottom right

39.Stick a tape to the laser head nozzle

40.Press”Pulse” to get a laser dot (pierce) through the tape

41.Check if the laser dot is in the center of the nozzle hole

If the laser dot is in nozzle hole center,mirror alignment is done.If not in center,repeat step 26 to step 32,till laser dot is exactly in the center of nozzle hole

42.Now we finished mirror alignment
