How long is the warranty period for CNC laser cutting machine?

1.CO2 Laser cutter warranty 

One year for whole machine,10 months for laser tube,3 months for lens.Lifetime maintenance 

 2.Fiber laser metal cutting machine 

  2.1  The warranty period of fiber laser cutter is 2 years (excluding artificial damage, consumables: such as lens, ceramic body,nozzle etc)

  2.2   Warranty period of 1000w 1500w 2000w fiber source is 12 months.

          Warranty period of 3000w fiber source is 24 months.

          Warranty perod of fiber source above 3000w is 3 years

Free Maintenance Service

We provide free maintenance service and technical supports for the fault caused by non-muman factors during the period of warranty; both round turn freight cost 

(replacement pas and return broken repairable parts) and traveling expenses shall be borne by the user. Before maintenance, please show warranty card or invoice to our technicians.
