2 common faults and solutions of laser marking machine

The laser marking machine has been used for a long time, and it is inevitable that some failures will occur. The following two failures are more common:

1. The laser intensity of the laser marking machine decreases, and the marking is not clear enough

2. The krypton lamp of the laser marking machine cannot be triggered

For these two failures, a solution was found:

Trouble 1 solution:

A. Whether the laser resonant cavity changes; fine-tune the resonant cavity lens. Make the output light spot the best;

B. Acousto-optic crystal deviation or low output energy of the acousto-optic power supply; adjust the position of the acousto-optic crystal or increase the working current of the acousto-optic power supply;

C. The laser entering the galvanometer is off-center: adjust the laser;

D. If the current is adjusted to about 20A and the sensitivity is not strong enough: the krypton lamp is aging, replace it with a new one.

Trouble 2 solution:

A. Check all power connections;

B. The high-pressure krypton lamp is aging, replace the krypton lamp of the laser marking machine.
